Is planning permission required?
Our Garden Rooms fall within planning permission regulations. However, if the external footprint is greater than 30 square metres then building regulations approval will be required. We can help you through this process.
How long does it take to install a Garden Room?
Between 7 and 15 working days depending on the size of the structure.
Do you clear away after the installation?
The site will be suitably cleaned during and after installation.
What guarantees do you provide?
We provide a 10 year guarantee, excluding general wear and tear.
Can I view your product?
Yes, our product is available to view by appointment. Covid permitting.
